Switch Bucks is an alcohol and drug service for young people in Buckinghamshire. They provide drug and alcohol support wherever you feel most comfortable – this could be at a locality hub, home, school or local café.

Local stop smoking services are free, friendly and can massively boost your chances of quitting for good.

NHS Stop Smoking Services – your GP can refer you, or you can phone your local stop smoking service to make an appointment with an adviser.
