On the day of your exam
We know that it can be particularly stressful on the day of the exam, but there are things you can do to help reduce the stress and anxiety before your exam.
It's normal to be anxious about results day, to try and ease the worry and stress you can try to plan ahead for the day to decide what to do if you get the results you wanted or not.
