Moving from a lead professional to early help support

Supporting a family can continue after the lead professional, such as a social worker or family worker, has completed their work.

Support for the family can be provided through the many early help services available locally in Buckinghamshire.

To find out more about what may be suitable, the family or their lead professional are encouraged to:

• use the Buckinghamshire Family Information Service directory to search what is available by topic or location

This support can then be built in as part of the next steps plan with the family.
