Buckinghamshire Council is aiming to continue offering a range of specialist HAF clubs in 2023 to support children and young people with SEND.
If you're considering booking your child with SEND onto a HAF club that isn’t SEND specific, please check with the club provider before booking to make sure they are able to provide the appropriate support.

How to book HAF activities
Before making your booking, please check that your child is eligible for the HAF Programme and that you have received your child's unique booking code from your child's school. Schools will be sending the codes to families in mid-March 2023.
You will need to quote your unique code when booking with an activity provider.
The booking code will be sent to you in an individual letter from your child's school, alongside a supermarket voucher.
If booking with a provider prior to receiving your unique code from your child's school, you will need to advise the provider of your unique code prior to the start of the activity.
Getting your HAF code
If you haven't received a booking code but you believe your child is eligible for HAF, please follow these steps:
- Check with your child's school to see if they have sent out the letters containing the HAF codes.
- If you still haven't received your HAF code from your child's school please email [email protected] with the following details for your child:
- full name
- date of birth
- the school they attend
Once we have this information we can check your child's eligibility. If they are eligible we will send you their HAF code.
