Booking onto HAF Clubs
Buckinghamshire uses HolidayActivities.com to manage HAF vouchers and bookings.
If you are eligible, you will receive an email from HolidayActivities.com with your Christmas HAF voucher in November 2026. The exact date will be confirmed.
The email will look like the example below.
What you need to book HAF activities
You will need:
- the email or text message containing your HAF voucher
- access to the email address or phone number used to receive it
- your child's date of birth
- emergency contact details
- details of any allergies or dietary requirements
- information about any SEND, medical conditions or additional support needs
How to book
Eligible families will receive an email from HolidayActivities.com.
The message will contain a button marked “View voucher.”
Select “View voucher.”
Sign in to your account using the same email address the voucher was sent to.
Follow the instructions to link the voucher to your account.
If you have more than one eligible child, open the individual voucher link for each child.
Enter your postcode or share your location to see suitable activities nearby.
You can check the dates, times, age range, and activity details before booking.
Select the activity and dates you want and add them to your basket.
Enter or confirm your child’s information and submit the booking. Check whether the booking is confirmed or awaiting provider approval.
Issues with your HAF voucher
If you have any issues accessing the booking system via your email, please contact the Holiday Activities helpdesk from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, by submitting a support request.
If you have not received your email
- Check your junk/spam folder.
- Contact your school and ask them to check your eligibility and contact details.
- Should you still need support, please email [email protected]
Booking but not attending
The majority of our HAF providers will be fully booked and have waiting lists. If you book onto a HAF club and can no longer go, please be sure to cancel your place so that you can use your credit at another provider.
You can cancel your place by requesting a cancellation while logged into the HAF booking system. Once the cancellation is approved, you can use your credit to book another date or provider. How to request a cancellation for an activity your child is booked on to tutorial.
Our providers reserve the right to cancel your child’s place for varying reasons. They can cancel if your child has not attended on previous consecutive days without letting them know. This is so that another child on the waiting list can benefit from these funded places.
