How to book HAF places
The way in which you will book your children onto HAF clubs has changed.
Booking onto HAF Clubs
If eligible, you will receive an email or text message on or around Friday 1 March from HolidayActivities.com which will contain your Easter HAF voucher.
Select the ‘view voucher’ green button and log onto the Holiday Activities system (if you haven’t used Holiday Activities before, you will need to create an account). Once you have access to the system you can view the clubs on offer and book onto a maximum of 4 sessions.
If you have more than one child using the HAF programme, you can add all your children to your account.
You can find out more about the booking process by looking at the step-by-step guide.
Once you have redeemed your HAF voucher(s) you can log in to the Holiday Activities website to book.
There is also additional parent/carer support guidance.
Issues with your HAF voucher
If you have any issues accessing the booking system via your email, please contact the Holiday Activities helpdesk from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm by emailing [email protected]
If you have not received your email
- Contact your school first to inform them.
- If you still need help, please contact Holiday Activities via email at [email protected]
- Should you still need support please contact [email protected]
SEND providers
Buckinghamshire Council is aiming to continue offering a range of specialist HAF clubs to support children and young people with SEND.
If you're considering booking your child with SEND onto a HAF club that isn’t SEND specific, please check with the club provider before booking to make sure they are able to provide the appropriate support.
