How to book HAF places

If eligible, you will receive an email or text message from HolidayActivities.com containing your summer HAF voucher. The release date for these codes is on or around 15 November 2024.

Select the ‘view voucher’ green button and log onto the Holiday Activities system (if you haven’t used Holiday Activities before, you will need to create an account). Once you have access to the system you can view the clubs on offer and book a maximum of 4 sessions this Christmas.

If you have more than one child using the HAF programme, you can add all your children to your account.

Once you have redeemed your HAF voucher(s) you can log in to the Holiday Activities website to book.

If your child's date of birth is incorrect on the system you can follow the Holiday Activities tutorial on how to correct a date of birth.

The majority of our HAF providers are fully booked and have waiting lists. If you book into a HAF club and can no longer go, please be sure to cancel your place so that another family can use it.

You can cancel your place by requesting a cancellation while logged into the HAF booking system. Once the cancellation is approved, you can use your credit to book another date or provider. How to request a cancellation for an activity your child is booked on to tutorial.

Our providers reserve the right to cancel your child’s place. They can cancel if your child has not attended on previous consecutive days without letting them know.  This is so that another child on the waiting list can benefit from these funded places.
