How to book HAF places

There is a variety of clubs on offer, take a look at our directory to see what's on near you.

Buckinghamshire Council aims to continue offering a range of specialist HAF clubs and activities to support children and young people with SEND.

If you're considering booking your child with SEND onto a HAF club that isn’t SEND specific, please check with the club provider before booking to ensure they can provide the appropriate support.

If eligible, you will receive an email or text message on 19 June 2024 from HolidayActivities.com which will contain your summer HAF voucher.

Select the ‘view voucher’ green button and log onto the Holiday Activities system (if you haven’t used Holiday Activities before, you will need to create an account). Once you have access to the system you can view the clubs on offer and book a maximum of 16 sessions this summer.

If you have more than one child using the HAF programme, you can add all your children to your account.

Once you have redeemed your HAF voucher(s) you can log in to the Holiday Activities website to book.

If your child's date of birth is incorrect on the system you can follow the Holiday Activities tutorial on how to correct a date of birth.

The majority of our HAF providers are fully booked with waiting lists. If you book onto a HAF club and can no longer go, please be sure to cancel your place so that another family can make use of it.

You can cancel your place by requesting a cancellation while logged into the HAF booking system. Once the cancellation is approved, you can use your credit to book another date or provider.

Our providers reserve the right to cancel your child’s place. They can cancel if your child has not attended on previous consecutive days without letting them know.  This is so that another child on the waiting list can benefit from these funded places.
