Take up 15 hours childcare for your 3 or 4-year old

How to take up 15 hours childcare

Step 1

Find childcare providers in Buckinghamshire accepting 15 hours childcare

Tip: you may want to add a few providers to a shortlist to help you decide which is best for your child and which have spaces. You are not guaranteed a place at any one provider.

Step 2

Once you have chosen a provider, agree the hours your child will attend. The provider will ask you to complete a Parent Declaration Form and a Parent Provider Agreement and proof of your child's date of birth.

It is really important to fill out The Parent Declaration because it records your child’s eligibility to a funded place. The Parent Provider Agreement sets out the days and hours you have agreed your child will be attending. This also includes if you are using another provider. Sessions offered by a provider must be between 2.5 hours and 10 hours per day between 7am and 7pm.

Your child can then take their place any time from the term after their third birthday.
