Create a Family Information Service Directory account
You can create an account if you are:
- a non-childcare provider of local services, activities or events
- a parent or carer of a child or young person with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND) who wants to register on our Disabled Children Register
- a professional working with families
Registering for a community user account will allow you to access specific functions determined by the type of user you are.
Organisations or service providers can create records that will appear in our directory, and maybe promoted to families via phone, social media or in person.
As a registered user, you can manage your details to ensure your information is up to date.
Complete the registration process and activate your account by clicking on the link you will receive via email after submitting your registration request.
