Southcourt Family Hub (Aylesbury)

Southcourt Family Hub brings local support together for families, children and young people from birth to 19 (up to 25 with SEND). We offer friendly, accessible support to help every child get the best start in life and run a varied timetable of activities.

Young people, parents and families can drop in to talk to us at the following times:

  • Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm
  • Fridays, 9am to 4pm

Activities and support at Southcourt Family Hub

Regular sessions and support at the hub include:

  • Early Years and play activities
  • Health Visiting and maternity appointments
  • Parenting advice and support
  • SEND drop-ins and guidance
  • Youth and family activities
  • Community-led groups and local services

All activities at the hub are offered free of charge. Please note that some services may need an appointment or be delivered virtually.

Accessing the Hub

We're located on the same site as Aylesbury College at the back of the large car park, opposite the Life Skills building.

Please press the buzzer when you arrive to enter the building.

When you arrive at the Hub, please enter your car registration within 20 minutes of coming into the car park.
