Post-16 SEND Opportunities Showcase

This event is aimed at young people with EHCPs, their parents/carers, and the professionals who work with them across education, the iSEND team, social care, and mental health.

Come along to find out more about the range of specialist SEND Post-16 providers and explore:

• pathways into employment
• alternative Post 16 options (to the traditional college route)
• opportunities for support through information, advice and guidance providers and the SEND NEET Team

The event will take place at The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury HP19 6FF
