Local SEND Improvement
Introduction
In Buckinghamshire, we are ambitious to improve the support we provide to children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and their families.
Following the SEND Code of Practice (2014), we recognised the importance of developing a co-produced SEND and Inclusion Strategy. The SEND Improvement Plan therefore identifies how we will hold the local area accountable against the strategy and the outcomes young people identified as being important to them.
