Buckinghamshire YJST sits within Buckinghamshire Council's Services directorate. The service is directed by an Assistant Director.
The YJST Partnership Board has representatives from statutory and voluntary partners, including:

- Community Safety
- Community Victim Service
- Missing Service, Substance
- Misuse
- Commissioning
- a Youth Support charity
- the Judiciary
Over the next 12 months, the Board have committed to:
- Delivering against a robust disproportionality plan
- Sharing data for a bi-annual needs analysis
- Evidencing ways in which Child First is adopted within their own organisations
