What we have achieved

• Children have redesigned our office spaces to best suit their needs
• Expanded feedback opportunities for children by launching digital options, leading to greater input into service delivery
• Enabled children to share their lived experiences by participating in the Youth Summit, improving relationships with the Police
• Worked in partnership with 16 secondary schools to support positive outcomes for children, including a reduction in exclusions
• Co-delivered training for Magistrates with a child and parent, increasing their understanding of the impact of custodial sentences
• Reduced repeat offending by children
• Delivered a parenting support programme, with parents reporting sustained outcomes
• Collaborated with children to design our new website, including the information they want to see
• Nomination for the Proud of You awards for our Child First ways of working
