Help with childcare costs
Eligible parents can get help with the costs of childcare for children under 18 including:
- Tax-free childcare
- Funded childcare for 2-year-olds
- Funded childcare for 3- and 4-year-olds
- Tax credits and Universal Credit
- Help for family members caring for the child (Specified Adult Childcare credits)

Thames Valley Partnership grant for JPPC
Grant for funded places at the Jonathan Page Play Centre (JPPC) for children in need in Quarrendon and Gatehouse wards.
Your child must be rising 5’s (the term in which they are 5) or aged between 5 to 13 years and living in the Quarrendon, Meadowcroft and Gatehouse area.

Care to Learn scheme
The Care to Learn scheme can help young parents with the cost of childcare while they study.
Young parents must be under the age of 20 at the start of their course.
The scheme is available for publicly-funded courses in England.
