BFIS offers support for families in areas such as:

• special educational needs and disabilities (Local Offer)

The Family Support Service also offer a wide range of support for families and children aged up to 19 (25 with SEND), these include:

• advice over the phone, email, online
• our Family Centre Plus (visit to get help anytime 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
• parenting courses and workshops
• young people's courses
• youth work support
• work, education, and training support for young people
• direct help for families experiencing complex or multiple issues
