To do this you can:

• fill in a feedback form
• email the Buckinghamshire Family Information Service (BFIS)
• call BFIS on 01296 383293
• post on our SEND local offer Facebook page
• request a paper feedback form at your local library
• speak to a professional such as a doctor or teacher and ask them to share your feedback with us
