Youth courses and support

Sometimes life can be tough as a teenager. Our courses and youth drop-ins offer the help and support that teenagers told us they need and take place online and at different locations across Buckinghamshire.

Our courses

We have a range of virtual and face-to-face courses for young people aged 11 to 19 (up to 25 with SEND). These usually run in the early evenings. The courses cover issues such as wellbeing and coping better with school.

Most of our courses run for an hour a week, for five or six weeks and the average size of a group is around 10 young people. We occasionally run taster workshops of our courses. These are shorter versions of the full courses.

These courses are based on participation, however we understand that joining a new group can be daunting. Our facilitators will contact you before you start the course to discuss any specific needs you (or your young person) may have.

Videos highlighting what our courses cover can be found on YouTube.

If no records are showing on the directory this means the courses are either fully booked or there are none to book currently. Please check back for future sessions.

How to book a course or workshop

Due to the popularity of our courses/workshops places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. If we cannot accommodate your first choice we will add you to our register of interest. You will be contacted when we have further dates available for you to choose from.

If you have questions or you need help to complete the booking, please contact us by:

When you contact us please ensure you specify which course or workshop you are interested in booking a place on. If you are booking on behalf of your child please make sure you have their consent.

Our youth drop-ins

If you don't need a course but would like help and support or someone to talk to, we run drop-in sessions for those aged 11 to 19 (up to 25 years for those with SEND). No booking needed.

These sessions are a great way to meet others and have a chat with our friendly team.
