We offer a range of virtual and face-to-face courses for young people aged 7 to 19 (up to 25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, or SEND) to help with their wellbeing.

Our courses take place in the evenings or in the school holidays and are based on participation. The average group size is around 10 people.
