There are lots of different things to go and do in and around Buckinghamshire during the summer holidays including:
- Arts and crafts activities for you and your family
- Sports courses and workshops to help burn off extra energy
- Dance, drama, and music workshops and shows

Summer HAF activities
If your child receives benefit-related free school meals, they may be eligible for our Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme.
As part of this programme, local organisations have been awarded funding to deliver fun, active, and creative sessions this Summer.
If you are eligible, you will receive an email or text message from holidayactivities.com closer to the Summer holidays. This message will contain a HAF voucher that you can redeem to book funded activities for your child using the booking system.
A range of sessions are available. Please visit our directory after the Summer HAF programme launches on Monday 16 August to see all of the HAF activities on offer.

Find Ofsted registered holiday clubs and schemes
Ofsted registered holiday schemes run during most school holidays. They can run over a few days or weeks.
Being registered means they are checked and inspected to ensure they provide a safe service.

Places where Kids Eat Free (or for £1) during School Holidays in 2025
Restaurants, Pubs and Cafes where kids can eat free during the various UK 2025 school holidays.
Supermarket cafes, chain restaurants, and food venues all around the UK are offering the 'Kids Eat Free' or 'Kids Eat for £ 1' deal during school holidays, and savvy parents are hunting them out to keep the cost of going out down.
