Short breaks

The responsibility for arranging transport during the school holidays lies with the parent/carer of the child. The school holidays include summer holidays, half terms, Easter, and Christmas breaks.

The parent/carer should plan and arrange for transportation.

This includes children and young people who have been assessed as needing access to short break provisions, including overnight respite care in the following settings:

• The Grove
• The Vines
• Merryfields
